These terms apply to our custom and OEM/ODM furniture: kitchen cabinets and islands, wardrobes and walk-in closets, TV walls and wall panels, bookcases and display cabinets, stone islands and interior doors, and whole-house packages for villas and luxury homes.
Why there is no minimum order
Custom furniture is made to each project's drawings rather than drawn from stock, so we do not need a production batch to start. A home owner can order a single walk-in closet; a designer can order the joinery for one apartment; a brand can start an OEM range with samples before ordering in volume. Larger quantities — for example a set of apartments — are quoted on the same basis.
What affects lead time
Delivery takes 30–60 days. Where an order falls in that range depends on:
- How many items and rooms are included
- How complex the design is — curved islands, carved doors or arched bookcases take longer than straight panel cabinets
- Whether a sample is made first (about 15 days)
- How quickly drawings are confirmed — production starts only after drawings are signed off
- Any sourced items (appliances, lighting, hardware) added to the order
Sea or other transport time to your country is in addition to production and is confirmed in your quotation.
Step-by-step ordering process (OEM / ODM)
- Communication — tell us about the space, the items, your style and target date. We reply in English or Chinese.
- Plan — for ODM we develop the design (space planning, renderings, construction drawings); for OEM we review your drawings or reference product.
- Quotation — itemised, with shipping terms and port.
- Confirm order — 60% deposit.
- Drawings — detailed production drawings are confirmed by you. Samples, if required, take about 15 days.
- Final payment — once drawings are confirmed.
- Production and quality control — checks on incoming materials, during cutting, edging, finishing and assembly, a final inspection, and packing checks for export transport.
- Shipment from Foshan, packed for export.
- Installation and after-sales — installation drawings and videos, remote guidance; see quality & warranty and shipping & returns.

- Floor plan or drawings with dimensions (PDF, CAD, or clear photos of sketches)
- List of items per room
- Style references, colors and finishes
- Hardware or appliance preferences
- Quantity, and branding/labelling needs for OEM
- Destination country / port and target date

MOQ & lead time FAQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ for custom orders. You can order a single piece, one room, a whole house or a larger project.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling takes about 15 days after the sample details are confirmed.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery takes 30–60 days depending on your actual requirements, such as the number of items and the complexity of the design.
What deposit do you require?
Orders are confirmed with a 60% deposit. The final payment is made after the production drawings are confirmed, before production starts.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. OEM means we manufacture to your design and brand (private label); ODM means we develop the design with you or offer our own designs, then manufacture it.
What should I send to get a quote?
Floor plans or drawings with dimensions, the list of items, style references, preferred colors and finishes, quantity, destination country and your target date.
Can I visit your showroom or factory?
Yes, by appointment. Our showroom is in Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan. Factory visits and video tours can be arranged.
Where do you ship from?
Goods are packed for export and shipped from Foshan, Guangdong, China. Shipping terms and port are confirmed in each quotation and proforma invoice.
