(brand Anna Collection) designs and manufactures custom furniture for villas and large homes from Lecong, Foshan — one of China's best-known furniture hubs — and ships it packed for export.

We work as an OEM/ODM custom furniture manufacturer: you can send finished drawings from your architect or interior designer (OEM), or ask us to develop the design with you (ODM). Our strategic partner X-POINT DESIGN LIMITED, a Hong Kong studio, provides interior design, furniture design and full-scope design when a project needs a complete design package.

Our project cases include villas in Sanya (Haitang Bay), Beijing (Grasse Town), Lecong and Nanzhuang in Foshan, and Dushanbe in Tajikistan, as well as large apartments in Guangzhou, Taiyuan, Hanoi and Russia. What “custom” means on a villa project

Every piece is sized to your measured site. Within each item you can choose:

• Dimensions to fit walls, niches and ceiling heights
• Style — for example Modern, Modern French, or Simple European, as in our past cases
• Colors and finishes
• Interior configuration: shelves, drawers, hanging, lighting niches and accessories
• Hardware selection

Because one villa may need kitchens, closets, wall panels and doors at once, we coordinate them as one order so finishes and proportions stay consistent from room to room. We also offer sourcing of furniture, lighting and hardware, and smart appliance integration, so a project can be completed from one supplier.

How a villa order works

1. Communication — send floor plans, room photos, style references and your target date.
2. Plan — we propose a furniture plan room by room.
3. Quotation — itemised to the agreed scope.
4. Confirm order and 60% deposit.
5. Drawings — production drawings are confirmed before anything is made.
6. Final payment once drawings are confirmed.
7. Production — samples take about 15 days if needed; delivery takes 30–60 days depending on the scope.
8. Packing and shipping from Foshan, with remote installation guidance, installation drawings and videos.

There is no minimum order quantity for custom orders, so a single room or a whole house are both welcome. Full details: MOQ, lead time and ordering process.
